Shipping policy
AuraGlow ships orders across the United States and select international destinations. All orders are fulfilled through our dropshipping partner, Wholesale2B.
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
United States: 7–14 business days
International: 14–30 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
SHIPPING CARRIERS:
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers selected by our fulfillment partner based on your location.
TRACKING:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
AuraGlow is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, please contact your local carrier directly. We will assist where we can.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
