Refund policy

At AuraGlow, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we partner with a third-party supplier to fulfill our fragrance orders, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons. All sales on opened items are final.

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT:
We will issue a refund or send a replacement if you receive an item that is damaged or broken during shipping, defective or not as described, or the wrong item entirely.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at auraglow.online10@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We cannot accept returns on opened fragrances or perfumes, items purchased on sale or with a discount code, or items returned without prior authorization.

AuraGlow reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.
