Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@auraglow.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@auraglow.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
